		<description>I believe the official 1.6.0 has all the fixes for the Draggable in IE.  I put this patched prototype.js before the official 1.6.0 so my version now is obsolete.

The patched file (above) and the 1.6.0 file are identical around line 3686.

However, a page with drag/drop that was working in IE6 is no longer working - can't drop it anywhere. (In Firefox it is working.)</description>
